• The Outside-Inn Wirksworth is an adults-only site.

• Each lodge can sleep a maximum of 2 adults.

• Full payment is required at time of booking, which includes a 10% non-refundable deposit.
• Prior to check-in a £100 cash or Bacs deposit is required. This will be refunded in full at check-out unless additional charges are required e.g., EV charging, in case of damages, additional cleaning fee etc.
• Cancellations made within 4 weeks of the arrival date are 100% non-refundable, unless the booking can be re-let.

• Cancellations made within 48 hours of arrival are 100% non-refundable.

• Guests are advised to ensure they have adequate travel insurance cover.

• Prices are subject to change.

• Discounts are offered for selected dates only, are at our discretion and may be withdrawn at any time.

• 15% saving is for stays of 3 or more nights but fewer than 7 nights.

Check-in / out:

• Check in is between 15:00 and 19:00 on day of arrival.

• Check out is strictly by 11:00 on day of departure.

• Check in is via a face to face “Meet and Greet” system, therefore please let us know your expected time of arrival so that we can look out for you.

• For check-in/out please either phone 07855630103 or use the Ring Doorbell in the car park and we will come over to meet you. 

• If you are likely to arrive much later than 7pm please let us know as soon as possible.

• We are a small, family-run site. Our ability to accommodate a late check in will be determined on an individual, case-by-case basis and is at our discretion.

• Very late check-in after 10pm will incur a £25 charge (payable by cash or Bacs). Out of respect for our other guests, we politely ask that you do not plan to arrive late.

• Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate requests for early check in or late check out due to tight turn-around times to prepare the lodges for our next guests.

• If you find you are going to arrive early, please consider spending time in nearby Wirksworth – there is ample parking and an array of independent shops, cafes and pubs for you to explore. Please do not come to the site or our house - we will not be able to accommodate you.

Dogs:

• 1 well-behaved dog / lodge is allowed. Additional dogs or other pets will be considered on a case-by-case basis in advance of your stay - please get in touch before making your booking.

• Please consider the size of the lodges and the size of your pets! Hopton, Arkwright and Nightingale lodges are around 300sqft - more than 1 large dog may feel a bit cramped.

• Pets must be supervised at all times and kept under close control.

• ​Please note the gardens are not secure to allow full enjoyment of the fantastic views, however, we do have outside tethering points for hands-free dog supervision.

• Pets must not be left alone in the lodges and are not allowed on the furniture.

• A fee of £20 per stay is payable in cash on arrival.

• There is no additional charge for registered assistance dogs.
