All balloons come with a hand-written gift card with your own special message, delivered to your lodge in time for check-in.
- Choose either a Red or Silver Love-Heart balloon tied with silver ribbon.
- Optional extra: add two silver-glitter balloons*.
Orders can be placed at the same time as your lodge booking (see Bookings page) or via our online shop at least 48 hours in advance of your check-in date.

Refunds are subject to a £5 admin fee. Refund requests made less than 24 hours before your check-in date (from 9am the day before) depend on whether the balloons have already been prepared, in which case orders are non-refundable.
