Orders can be placed at the same time as your lodge booking (see Bookings page) or via our online shop at least 48 hours in advance of your check-in date.

Refunds are subject to a £5 admin fee. Refund requests made less than 24 hours before your check-in date (from 9am the day before) depend on whether the flowers have already been prepared, in which case orders are non-refundable.
